The gopher, as described in RFC 1436, refers to various burrowing mammals, residents of Minnesota, individuals doing errands, and also serves as a computer tech term for a simple protocol software on the internet.

In the early 1990s, Gopher played a significant role on the internet. Though its influence has lessened through time, there are still several operational Gopher servers.

Presenting a contemporary Gopher browser for iOS, developed afresh to allow users to explore the abundant data accessible via Gopher from their preferred devices.

What it includes:

Clean browser-style user interface
Access to Gopher servers
Support for text files, images, directories
Opening of WWW links in Safari
Compatibility with Veronica-2, Contrition, and other search systems for navigating Gopherspace
